Questions

About commercial construction

Do you handle commercial approvals?

Yes. We prepare and submit the drawings and coordinate with the society, LDA, CDA or relevant authority through to the completion certificate.

Can you build in phases so I can start renting?

Yes. We plan commercial projects so the ground floor and parking can be handed over and leased while upper floors are completed.
