Who we are

HashBuy Builders & Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. ("HashBuy", "we") operates this website. Our office is at Office 12, 2nd Floor, Sector C Commercial, Bahria Town, Lahore, Pakistan. Questions about this policy go to hello@hashbuy.pk.

What we collect

• Enquiry forms: your name, phone number, email address, city and whatever you write in the message. We use it to respond to you and, if you become a client or investor, to run the project.
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and available.
• Cookies: this website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future we will update this policy first.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare estimates and proposals, deliver and report on projects, meet legal and tax obligations, and keep records of agreements. We do not sell or rent your information and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.

Who sees it

HashBuy staff who handle your enquiry or project. Service providers who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Resend (email delivery of form submissions). Authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twenty-four months. Client and investor records are kept for the life of the project plus the period required by Pakistani tax and company law.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal duty to keep it. Email hello@hashbuy.pk and we will respond within fourteen days.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are sent to us by email and stored in our business systems with access limited to staff who need it.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new date at the top.
