Our story
HashBuy started with a 5 Marla house in Johar Town and a frustration. Two engineers watched a neighbour's contractor pour a foundation without a soil test, size columns by habit and present a final bill forty percent above the quote. The house stood, as most do. But nobody could say how safe it was, or why it cost what it cost.
So we built a company the way we would build a bridge: design first, test everything, write it all down. Every HashBuy project has a soil report, stamped structural drawings, a bill of quantities with named brands, and a resident engineer who signs off every pour. Every client gets a report on Friday.
120 projects later, in 9 cities, the Friday report has not changed. Neither has the rule.

Hamza spent eight years delivering high-rise and infrastructure projects before founding HashBuy with a simple conviction: a house deserves the same engineering discipline as a bridge. He still reviews every structural drawing that leaves the office.
