About renovation
Can I live in the house during renovation?
Usually yes. We phase work by floor or by wing and seal the active zone with dust barriers. For whole-house rewiring we recommend a short move-out window, which we plan with you.
Can you add a floor to my existing house?
Only if the existing foundation and columns can carry it. Our engineers assess the structure first and will tell you honestly if strengthening is needed and what it costs.
