Listen
A 45-minute call or office visit. We learn how you live or how your business runs, what you must have, and what you refuse to compromise on.
Output: Written brief and budget band
- 02 DESIGN
Engineer
Architects and structural engineers design together, so the plan you fall in love with is the plan that can be built, on budget, to code.
Output: Drawings, 3D views, fixed BOQ
- 03 AGREE
Contract
A plain-language contract with the scope, the schedule, the named materials and a milestone payment plan. No hidden extras, ever.
Output: Signed contract and schedule
- 04 EXECUTE
Build
A resident engineer on site every day, lab tests for every pour, and a Friday report with photos, spend and next week’s plan.
Output: Weekly reports and milestone sign-offs
- 05 DELIVER
Hand over
A joint inspection with a snag list closed to zero, as-built drawings, warranties, and keys in your hand on the date we promised.
Output: Keys, warranty card, as-builts
Testing
Tested, not trusted.
Every material on a HashBuy site is tested by an accredited third-party lab. The results go in your weekly report, so you see them before we do anything irreversible.

Reporting
The Friday report.
Every Friday, every project, since the first one. Photos, a short video, spend against budget, lab results, schedule status, next week's plan and any decision we need from you. It takes you five minutes to read and it means you never have to ask.

Fixed scope, fixed price
A bill of quantities with named brands and a contract that only changes when you ask it to. The number you sign is the number you pay.

Tested, not trusted
Concrete cubes, steel certificates and brick crush tests for every delivery. Results go in your weekly report.

Photos, videos, spend-to-date, schedule status and next week’s plan. From Lahore or London, you always know.

On time, or we pay
Our contracts carry a delay clause with a daily penalty we pay you. That is how confident we are in our programmes.

Warranty you can call
Twelve months on finishes and a long-term structural warranty, with a named engineer who answers the phone.
Safety
Helmets, harnesses above two metres, edge protection and a trained first-aider on every site. A NEBOSH-certified manager audits monthly. We send workers home with the same number of fingers they arrived with.
Warranty
Twelve months on finishes and workmanship. Long-term structural warranty on foundations and frame. A named engineer you can call, not a help desk.
Delay clause
Our contracts carry a daily penalty paid by HashBuy if we miss the agreed date. Exclusions are written down and limited to weather, force majeure and client-caused delay.
