HashBuy finishing turns a grey structure into a complete, move-in-ready home or commercial space. Our architects produce a finishing schedule with every tile, veneer, fixture and colour chosen and costed before work begins, so the site runs on decisions already made, not decisions delayed.

- Interior design and finishing schedule with 3D visualisation
- Flooring: porcelain, marble, granite, wood and terrazzo
- Wood and MDF work: doors, wardrobes, kitchens, panelling
- Bathrooms and kitchens with named sanitary and tap brands
- Electrical wiring, distribution boards, switches, lighting design and automation
- Paint, textures, false ceilings and gypsum work
- Facade: stone, tiles, aluminium louvres, glass and lighting
- Final deep clean and defect-free handover with warranty card

About finishing
Can I choose my own materials?
Absolutely. The finishing schedule is built around your selections. We advise on durability and value, and you can supply items yourself if you prefer.
What is the difference between Standard, Premium and Luxury?
The grades set the budget band for tiles, woodwork, sanitary fittings and lighting. Standard uses quality local brands, Premium adds imported tiles and branded fittings, Luxury covers marble, veneer, designer lighting and automation.
